When Mike and I decided to have Hildy Construction build our dream home, we made the best choice we could have ever made. They are the greatest guys to work with. We met with them a couple of times putting our floor plan together based on other houses they built and with ideas of our own. They were so easy to work with and when we wanted anything changed on the floor plan, they would change it and give us an updated plan the next day.

They dug our basement on February 19th, 2007 and we finished the house on June 25th, 2007. We were so amazed how smooth everything went. They kept in contact with us almost everyday by e-mail or phone calls of what was happening that week. We really appreciated keeping informed and not being left in the dark on anything.

The best thing I liked, was when it was time to pick out the flooring, countertops, and tile, HIldy’s took time out of their busy schedules and met with us in Omaha to help us with our decisions. That was above and beyond of what was expected.

The most beautiful thing in our house and the most complimented item, is our kitchen. With our floor plan, our living room, dining room, and kitchen are wide open and they are visible all the time.

If we noticed any flaws in anything, it was fixed or repaired by the next day. The Hildy’s were just fabulous to work with and we highly recommend them to any one.

With the recent instability in the housing market, we were searching for a good home as well as a strong investment. The house we purchased from Hildy Construction seems to fit that need. The house is solidly constructed, with a keen eye to detail and thoughtful amenities. When we decided to build a house, we sought out several different contractors. Ryan and Bryan Hilderbrand were the first to return our call and met with us that same week.
