Licensing and Memberships

We are members of the Columbus Home Builders Association CHBA and the Metro Omaha Builders Association MOBA and National Association of Home Builders NAHB. We also recently passed the International Code Council ICC Contractor Licensing Class C certification. This is required to build in the City of Omaha and Bellevue.

Hildy Homes is a member of these organizations to keep up with the changing rules and regulations of building construction, and to also keep current on the latest construction products and materials. The licensing that we have achieved ensures that when you purchase a Hildy Home, you are getting a home built equal too or above the required code allowances. Hildy Homes ensures that a thorough inspection has been achieved by a licensed professional inorder to pass the building code requirements.
